By purchasing any products sold by Karin Herzog Distribution US LLC, the Authorized Retailer agrees to the following:
Brand integrity: The Authorized Retailer commits to respecting the integrity of the brand by sharing the appropriate information about the brand (history and science) and the products (basic composition, benefits and instructions of use). The Authorized Retailer agrees to participate in product training sessions designated by Karin Herzog distribution US as needed. In addition, only images provided by Karin Herzog Distribution can be used for advertising.
Products: The Authorized Retailer agrees to carry a reasonable representation and stock of Karin Herzog products at all times. If no re-order is received within 6 months Karin Herzog Distribution US reserves the right to review the partnership.
Re-Sale Restrictions: The Authorized Retailer can only sell Karin Herzog products to customers within the U.S. at no less than the suggested retail price. Authorized Retailer will not divert product to unapproved outlets or sell to a product diverter. The Authorized Retailer acknowledges that diversion of the product can damage Karin Herzog’s reputation with Authorized Retailers. Karin Herzog Distribution reserves the right to reduce order quantities or refuse orders that represent a potential diversion threat.
Sales Tax: To avoid paying taxes on retail products, the Authorized Seller must provide a valid reseller permit/certificate.
Discounting: Discounting is prohibited. Special promotions are acceptable for limited periods of time only and are subject to previous authorization by Karin Herzog Distribution US.
Orders: To be considered as an Authorized Retailer a minimum order value of $500 must be placed per year. The opening order must exceed $200. Orders will be invoiced in U.S. dollars at invoice price as reflected on the Order Form. Invoice prices are subject to change.
Payment: All orders must be paid in full using a credit card (Visa, MC or Amex) or a Paypal account. Karin Herzog Distribution US retains ownership of all products as long as their value has not been fully paid by the retailer.
Drop Shipping: Only available on Retail Size products. For drop shipping, complete billing address with Authorize Seller’s information. Click on SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS and enter the final client delivery address. Invoice will be sent by email to Authorize Seller’s and a packing slip with no pricing will be added to final client’s package. Any follow up will be done by the Authorized Seller. Karin Herzog distribution US will have no direct contact with the Customer.
Shipping and delivery: Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of request and are shipped ‘ground’ service from Virginia. All orders are subject to shipping and handling fees. Free shipping applies to orders over $500. Express shipping available at published prices. Once shipped, Karin Herzog does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Karin Herzog Distribution US cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive to final destination due to errors made when entering the address details. Please ensure that all details are checked before confirming your order.
Damaged items: Should you receive damaged items, please notify us immediately in order to file a claim. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. Leave damaged items in the original box for inspection. In the event that the product is leaking, or the packaging has been damaged during shipping we will replace the product or box as necessary.
Missing or incorrect items: If your order is missing an item (s), or the order contains incorrect items, please contact us directly and have your invoice or packing list available for review. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. Shortages will be shipped immediately (based on product availability) at the cost of Karin Herzog Distribution US.
Returns: We do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made within the first 30 days of opening order with approval from Karin Herzog Distribution US. Exchanges requested beyond 30 days are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee plus shipping costs.
For drop shipped orders, the Customer will be bound by the Authorized Sellers returns policy. The Authorized Seller is responsible for the return (outside of Damaged, Missing or Incorrect items) and issuing the refund to the client.
By accepting the terms and conditions of sale you also confirm that your business is licensed and that you are an authorized retailer.
Karin Herzog Distribution US LLC reserves the right to change its general sales conditions and terms at any time without prior notice.
