ORDERING
Ordering couldn’t be easier! Login or create your account by clicking on the LOG IN button. Simply add the products you would like to purchase to your cart. The shopping cart icon will show how many products you have saved in your cart. Click on this icon, then on VIEW CART button and this will direct you to your cart. On this page, you can adjust the quantity and/or remove products. Don't forget to update your cart. Click on CHECKOUT button. You will then be asked for your billing and shipping details! If you have a discount code, apply it now and then click on CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP button. Review your order details. You will then be asked for your payment details. Click on COMPLETE ORDER button. You will be sent a confirmation email once the order has successfully been placed and a second email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. At anytime, you can review your order status by logging into your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend or Holidays will be processed the following business day.
To cancel an order once it has been placed, please email us as soon as possible at oxygen@karinherzog.us. Cancellation is only possible before the package has been shipped.

We accept all authorized credit cards and payments through PayPal.
Promotions
If you have a discount code enter it in the DISCOUNT CODE box on the order summary page. Don't forget to click the APPLY button.
(1) Only one discount code can be used per order.
(2) Discount codes cannot be combined with any other active promotion.
(3) Make sure you revise the terms and conditions of each individual discount code.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping
At this time, we can only accept shipments to physical addresses in the USA, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 across the United States and ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). *
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of request and are shipped ‘ground’ service from Virginia. Express shipping available at published prices. As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any trouble receiving your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Karin Herzog does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
Orders can only be shipped to the United States. We regret that, at this time, we are unable to accept international orders.

RETURNS
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All product returns must have been purchased through the Karin Herzog US website. If you have purchased Karin Herzog products through another retail location, please contact that specific retailer for their return instructions.

Include your original packing slip or a note with your name, address, telephone number and the reason you are returning the product. Upon receiving your return, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges and taking into account any discounts offered at the time of purchase. Please allow up to seven business days for your return credit to be processed.
