Everyone has tried mint in different presentations, it could have been in a drink, in food, medicine or candies, and it is always intensely refreshing to try. On top of this, mint has a long list of nutritional properties such as anti-inflammatory, astringent, antibacterial, antiseptic and antioxidant, to name just a few.
